Refund policy

We understand that things come up unexpectedly, and we want to make it easy for you to reschedule or cancel your appointment. However, please give us at least 48 hours notice so we can offer your spot to another client. If you need to cancel with less than 48 hours notice, we may need to charge a 50% cancellation fee.
